We are looking for someone with the experience and skill set we need to continue to offer high quality and honest vehicle MOT testing, servicing and repairs. The branch requires experienced MOT testers and Technicians that are capable of carrying out work to a high standard. Premier Recruitment Solutions are working with a company who prides itself on its honesty and quality of work and their branches take great pride in their skill set and ability to carry out all work from servicing, to in depth engine repairs and advanced diagnostic work where required.
The client is an independent family run garage business carrying out MOTs, servicing, diagnostic and repair work on all makes of cars and vans, operating across the South East, with 18 branches but we do not loose sight of what is important, you Good staff wellbeing is very important to this client, so we offer many benefits in addition to an upper tier salary package, some of which are listed below.
Successful candidates will be put on the clients bonus scheme, which is paid monthly on top of the salary. This is a combined bonus, based on branch performance making it easier to achieve as a team. We look forward to hearing from you.
Salary expectations:
Basic Salary: £33k to £43k per year
Bonus Scheme: £6k to £12k per year
On Target Earnings: £40k to £55k per yearPart time staff salary & bonus is pro-rata the above
