Role Responsibilities:
* Engage with customers via phone, email, and live chat, providing top-notch service with a friendly approach.

* Reach out to lapsed clients, reigniting relationships and exploring new sales opportunities.

* Maintain and update product knowledge to stay ahead in providing excellent service.
Experience/Skills Required:
* Proven experience in a busy customer service environment, ideally within a sales role.
* Strong communication skills—both verbal and written.
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment using multiple IT systems.
* A positive attitude and a sense of humor—enjoying the camaraderie of a lively office is a must
* Previous experience in the food packaging or related industry is advantageous but not essential.
