Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Customer Service Agent with excellent verbal communication skills and experience in handling both inbound and outbound calls. Full training is given from day 1 along with ongoing support through your Neilson Journey.nWhat you’ll do every day as a Customer Service Agent:nManaging customer enquiries and requests effectively and efficientlynManaging the delivery of customer correspondence within agreed company frameworks, timescales and deadlinesnEffectively empathising with customers and handling objections and queries confidently to allay any concerns.nMaintaining accurate client records and complying with regulatory requirements on all mattersnAdhering to processes and procedures all service-related matters and escalating upwards as appropriatenContribute towards projects designed to improve the service offered by the businessnHandling the administration of organisational claims process

Qualifications
