We are for looking someone:nResponsible for the efficient operation and support of applications within the Mechanical Design DepartmentnSpecializing in, identifying, and solving problems and advising users

Responsibilities:

Provide extensive end user support for Mechanical Design application for over 3000+ users.nBe responsible for delivering support across 3 UK sites – Stevenage, Bolton, and Filton.nAssist in the definition of best practice and processes associated with Mechanical Design applicationsnMust be willing to apply for DV Sec clearance if not already heldnDevelop effective resolutions for user problems and system errorsnConfidently be able to present complex subjects to different target audiences.
