Production Operative

This is a full-time role, and you’ll work Monday to Friday. You need to work a week of dayshift, then a week of backshift. You will get a half day every Friday. You need to work both shift patterns on a weekly rotating basis.
No weekend work and you will be paid an enhanced rate for any overtime you chose to work.
Hours of Work:
All hours - £13.73 per hour.
* Dayshift : 6am-2pm - Weekly pay.
* Backshift: 2pm-10pm - Weekly pay.
Duties
* Operate and maintain production machinery and equipment with a focus on efficiency and safety.
* Monitor production processes, making adjustments to machinery as needed to ensure high-quality production output.
* Ensure a high standard of housekeeping and Health & Safety is maintained at all times
* Always adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies.
Skills
* Technical knowledge of production processes
* Ability to meet production deadlines
The ideal candidate should have technical production experience who come from a manufacturing environment.
