Our client, a prominent player in the Defence and Security industry, is looking for an experienced Lean Product Lifecycle Management PMO to join their team on a contract basis. This role will allow for a flexible hybrid work setup, with presence required in Filton for part of the week and potential travel towards the end of 2024.
Key Responsibilities:
Overseeing the implementation of Lean Product Lifecycle Management processes within projects.
Ensuring project methodologies comply with industry and company standards.
Providing regular status reports to stakeholders and adjusting project schedules and plans as required.
Identifying potential areas for improvement in project management processes.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
Monitoring project budgets and timelines, providing oversight to ensure projects remain within scope.
Job Requirements:
Significant experience in a PMO role.
Strong understanding of Lean principles and Product Lifecycle Management.
Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
Proficient in managing large, complex projects.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Able to commit to hybrid working arrangements and occasional travel later in the contract.
Undergoing BPSS clearance is likely needed for this role.
