We are growing our engineering teams at Trustpilot and are looking to welcome onboard mid-level Fullstack Software Engineers Our vacancies sit within two of our teams: Trust & Transparency (TnT), and Growth Acquisition.

You will join a cross-functional team with full ownership of our products and codebase, where you will take part in every step of the development process, from ideation to maintenance. Trust and Transparency team 

The Trust and Transparency teams are focused on upholding the core values of Trustpilot by building and maintaining user Trust. Across the three Trust team's we leverage AI and Machine Learning, process high-volume data to combat fake reviews, promote trustworthy content, streamline and automate processes providing a consistent experience, and ensure all parties involved with Trustpilot are operating fairly in accordance with our terms of use. We operate in a fast-paced and innovative environment, where each engineer in the team has a direct impact on service and experience Trustpilot provides and is known for. 

Growth team

The Growth Acquisition  team is part of the Growth portfolio, which consists of three teams: Acquisition , Activation, and Monetization. The mission of the Growth Acquisition team is to grow our customer base by showcasing the value of Trustpilot in a way which speaks to businesses, ensuring a smooth experience from the first point they engage with Trustpilot, through to completing signup. Our customers are at the heart of all we do.

What you’ll be doing:

  • You will guide mid-sized projects that will align with the mission and OKRs of your team
  • Work in a cross-functional “full ownership” team alongside Product, Design, and Data Science where you will take part in every step of the process of building, from ideation and design to architecture, code, deployment, and maintenance
  • Collaboration: Take part in decision-making and design discussions during the development
  • Contribute to planning, implementation, and release of new features
  • Propose ideas clearly and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools
  • Troubleshoot existing software
  • Assist us in raising the bar: Inspire and influence those around you with your knowledge of how to solve problems
  • Data-driven mindset: Analyse, gather, and aggregate data to support decisions, both technical and non-technical

Who you are:

  • Experience in full-stack web development (extra point if also in a cross-functional team)
  • Cloud experience is essential 
  • Experience developing RESTful APIs and distributed cloud services
  • Experience with component-based front-end development (ideally React, but we know you can learn quickly)
  • A customer-centric and solution-oriented mindset with a bias to action
  • You are a lifelong learner. You promote a culture of continuous feedback and learning
  • Ambitious and enthusiastic about your work. You constantly look to raise the bar for yourself and those around you in everything you do
  • You believe that diversity in teams makes a difference
