This role suits a commercially driven senior sales professional who thrives at the intersection of media, retail, and brand experience , leading conversations that connect culture, creativity, and commerce. The ideal candidate will be a trusted partner to agencies and major advertisers , bringing both strategic insight and hands-on sales expertise. They’ll have experience working with premium, high-ticket propositions and the ability to navigate complex deal structures and long-term partnerships. The Role Lead commercial growth across key agency groups and direct brand clients. Leverage an extensive network of senior contacts to identify and secure new opportunities. Build strategic relationships that position experiential retail and media solutions at the heart of brand planning. Drive six- and seven-figure deal negotiations from prospecting to closure. Develop compelling, insight-led proposals that demonstrate tangible value for advertisers. Collaborate with internal delivery and creative teams to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction. Contribute to broader business strategy, revenue forecasting, and market development. What They’re Looking For Extensive senior-level agency and client relationships within the UK media landscape. Proven success in securing and managing large, high-value commercial partnerships. Strong understanding of integrated media, retail, and experiential solutions. Confident negotiator with outstanding presentation and influencing skills. Strategic thinker with entrepreneurial drive and a results-focused mindset. Experience managing pipelines and forecasts through CRM systems (HubSpot preferred).
