About the rolenThis is our first opening into the UK, we’re currently in our pre-opening phase preparing to open not one but three concepts in the heart of London’s Belgravia We’re looking for a Cigar Sommelier to oversee our third-floor roof terrace cigar lounge. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of opening a luxury venue in one of London’s most exclusive neighbourhoods, and build a cigar function that plays a major part in the success of our operations.nSunset Hospitality Group is extremely proud to be recognised as one of Dubai’s Great Places to Work, so we’ll all be here to support you in your journey with us

Key Responsibilities :nthe cigar program is run smoothly and efficiently and provides additional revenue streams to the business.nlist development in line with the concept of our brand.nstock management, pricing, cost control, cigar inventory control.ncigar offering is competitive and always gives value to our guests.nclosely with the Head Sommelier for general wine operations.nthe cigar keep is well maintained, humidity checked daily, and all wastage reduced to the minimum.ncigar and service training for all FOH staff.non cross-selling and creating an unforgettable cigar and beverage experience for our guests.nthe highest levels of privacy and professionalism when dealing with high profile guests.

Essential Skills & Requirements:nPrevious experience as a Cigar Sommelier.nTrack record of working in high-end hospitality.nAbility to work across departments in a collaborative way.nStrong interpersonal skills and commercially savvynA passion for delivering memorable experiences for guests.
