About The Role & Who Were Scouting Were on the lookout for a passionate and skilled Pre-Academy Lead Coordinator and Coach Developer to join our squad at Leicester City Football Club. As a Pre-Academy Lead Coordinator and Coach Developer, youll play a key role in coordinating the effective administration, regulation and organisation of all Pre-Academy activity ensuring players of Academy standard are identified, recruited and transitioned into the Academy. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with the LCFC Emerging Talent Team, Lead Foundation Phase Coach and the Pre-Academy Programme Lead the identification programme and process, ensuring that the Pre-Academy operates within the rules and regulations of the relevant football authorities.
