Real Estate Lawyer

We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Lawyer to join a leading real estate practice for a 6–12 month engagement. The ideal candidate will have strong transactional experience and be capable of independently leading complex real estate deals, particularly within the hospitality sector . Key Responsibilities: Lead on high-value real estate transactions from inception to completion. Manage and coordinate all aspects of deals, including structuring, negotiation, and documentation. Provide strategic legal advice to clients on a wide range of real estate matters. Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless deal execution. Supervise and mentor junior team members as required. Key Requirements: Qualified solicitor with experience in commercial real estate. Proven experience as transaction lead on significant real estate deals (not solely due diligence or support work). Strong background in hospitality-related real estate transactions preferred. Excellent drafting, negotiation, and client management skills. Ability to work independently and deliver under tight timelines.
