About the Role:
Are you a skilled Project Manager with a proven track record in delivering high-quality fit-out projects? We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to join our client's team on a contract basis, working on prestigious commercial fit-out projects across Manchester. This role offers a competitive daily rate of £400-£500, reflecting the expertise and leadership required to ensure successful project completion.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee and manage all aspects of fit-out projects from inception to completion.
* Coordinate with clients, architects, designers, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.
* Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring adherence to project scope.
* Monitor project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or delays promptly.
* Ensure all work complies with relevant health and safety regulations.
* Maintain clear and effective communication with all stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status.
* Manage and motivate project teams to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Project Manager in the fit-out sector, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
* Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Strong leadership and team management abilities, capable of guiding and inspiring project teams.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, able to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
* Comprehensive understanding of health and safety regulations and construction standards.
* Proficiency in project management software and tools.
* Relevant qualifications in project management or construction management are highly desirable.
