Key Role Responsibilities
Leading your business in a clear, considered and appropriate manner, in line with the Vindis Vision, and to build an accountable and progressive business unit.
Analysing the vast array of data available, to make swift, decisive, commercially astute and effective decisions; to change the direction of, or an operation within, the business, for the benefit of delivering an outstanding result.
Ensuring that your Management Team has a clear understanding of the strategic direction of the Centre and the wider business, and that this effectively translates into clear and championed departmental visions and strategies.
Effectively managing the resources at your disposal to achieve the required business objectives.
Delivering a performance driven culture of ownership, accountability and success.
Having a clear, understood and robust approach to personal development and performance management and measurement across all departments of your business.
Ensuring you operate a welfare and wellbeing strategy within your business.
Effectively managing Customer Experience, ensuring the highest level of customer care and satisfaction at all times.
You will need;
Previous relevant experience required
