Security Engineer - MDM, Devices, iOS, Android, Azure, Defendern6 Months Contract (outside IR35)n3 days per week in LondonnUp too 550£ per day

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Engineer specializing in Mobile Device Management (MDM) and security for iOS and Android devices. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Defender, with a strong background in securing and managing mobile devices in a corporate environment. This role will involve developing, implementing, and maintaining security measures across a variety of platforms to protect organizational data and assets.

Key Responsibilities:nMDM Implementation and Management:nDeploy, configure, and manage MDM solutions for iOS and Android devices.nEnsure compliance with corporate policies and security standards.nMonitor and report on the security status of mobile devices.

Device Security:nImplement security policies and protocols for mobile devices.nManage and enforce encryption, VPN, and other security features on devices.nConduct regular security assessments and vulnerability testing on mobile devices.

Azure Security:nConfigure and manage security features in Microsoft Azure.nImplement and maintain Azure security services, including identity and access management.nMonitor and respond to security incidents and alerts within the Azure environment.

Microsoft Defender:nConfigure and manage Microsoft Defender for Endpoint.nDevelop and implement threat detection and response strategies.nAnalyze and respond to security threats and incidents.

Required Skills and Qualifications:nIn-depth knowledge of MDM solutions such as Microsoft Intune, VMware Workspace ONE, or MobileIron.nProficiency in securing iOS and Android devices.nStrong understanding of Microsoft Azure security features and best practices.nExperience with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint or similar security tools.nFamiliarity with network security, encryption, and threat detection.nExcellent problem-solving and analytical skills.nStrong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:nRelevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate.nISO27001nExperience with scripting and automation tools.nKnowledge of regulatory and compliance standards such as GDPR, HIPAA, or PCI-DSS.nPrior experience working in a highly regulated industry.
