Our client is on the hunt for a Billing Analyst to join our Finance Team. The Billing Analyst is key to the successful production of monthly Invoicing and ensuring we deliver our purpose of Exceptional Customer Contact to clients.
In order to be considered for the role you must have strong Reconciliations experience, have Telecoms sector experience and have used a Telecoms Billing product in a previous role.
What does the role involve?nInvoicing clients with monthly, quarterly, and annual services for rentals in advance and usage in arrears.nEnsuring invoices are accurate with appropriate supporting documentation.nWorking with finance colleagues on reporting activities to ensure correct revenue and cost recognition.nReconciliation of supplier (carrier) telephony invoices and charges to contracts and rates in Affinity.nMaintaining strong relationships with external customers as well as internal stakeholders.nSolving problems and responding to queries.nCreation of monthly information packs on trends and analysis for Top 20 customers.nSetting up projects within our Finance system.nProviding billing information to Renewals Manager to enable renewals of existing contracts.
You will have the following skills and attributes:nTelecoms billing systems experience is essential.nPrevious experience working with telephony billing is desirable.nProficient use of Excel skills (Pivot tables / VLOOKUPS).nComfortable working with large data sets and the ability to work and multitask to strict deadlines.nExcellent interpersonal and communication skills.nMethodical with a high attention to detail and an analytical mind.nA team player with a willingness to help others.
