Rework Technician

Responsibilities:
* Follow detailed work instructions related to vehicle manufacture to ensure all operations meet quality standards.
* Identify and solve problems as they arise, providing feedback to the relevant engineering function.
* Specify generic hand tool requirements for production build phases.
* Diagnose and rectify faults on the production line.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
* Practical experience in the automotive industry, particularly in vehicle build, maintenance, and service.
* Quality-focused with a professional approach to work.
* Flexible attitude towards working hours to support production demands, including potential overtime.
* NVQ Level 3 in Motor Vehicle Mechanics or similar is preferable but not essential.
