Salary: £26-28,000 Dependant on experience
My client is a leading architectural practice renowned for its innovative approach and commitment to excellence. I am looking to speak with experienced Architectural Assistant's to join their dynamic team on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design and a proven track record of contributing to projects across various sectors. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a wide range of projects and collaborate with talented professionals in a supportive and creative environment.
To be considered, you must have several years UK based experience.
Skills, Experience & Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Assistant:
Relevant RIBA Part 1 and/or 2 degree with at least several years UK based experience.
Collaborate with architects and designers on projects spanning residential, commercial, hospitality, healthcare, education, and cultural sectors.
Assist in developing design concepts and translating them into technical drawings and documentation.
Participate in client presentations, effectively communicating design concepts and ideas.
Contribute to design development through research, material selection, and product sourcing.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure project requirements are met within established timelines and budgets.
Proven experience working as an Architectural Assistant across multiple sectors.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong understanding of architectural principles, construction techniques, and building codes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
Detail-oriented with a keen eye for design aesthetics and quality.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
