We are looking for an Digital Enterprise Architect — a visionary leader and trusted advisor who can shape, design, and deliver cutting-edge transformation programs that empower our clients to thrive in the digital era. IF YOU ARE An experienced Digital Enterprise Architect with 10+ years in IT and digital technologies Skilled in leading large-scale Digital Transformation programs within complex enterprise environments A strategic consultant and client advisor , capable of engaging with CIOs, CTOs, and Enterprise Architects Proficient in enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, FEAF, or ArchiMate Deeply familiar with major public clouds — AWS, Azure, and GCP — and with cloud migration and modernization strategies Experienced in application modernization and microservices architecture, using tools like Kubernetes, Docker, and OpenShift Versed in platform technologies such as Salesforce, SAP, and ServiceNow Skilled in building TCO, ROI, and business cases to justify digital investments Adept at collaborating with sales, delivery, and CoE teams to shape and win large, complex opportunities A strong communicator and strategic thinker, passionate about solving challenges and delivering measurable results Experienced in at least one major industry: Banking, Retail, Manufacturing, Healthcare, or Life Sciences AND YOU WANT TO Lead enterprise-level digital transformation strategies that drive measurable business outcomes Shape technology roadmaps, architectures, and operating models for large-scale initiatives Partner with executive clients as a trusted advisor and thought leader Guide design authorities and solution teams to ensure architectural excellence and technical integrity Develop reusable digital architecture patterns and industry-specific reference frameworks Contribute to pre-sales and strategic pursuits , driving revenue and value creation Inspire teams and clients through strategic workshops, executive briefings, and innovation sessions Help define the future of modern engineering and operations models (Agile, Cloud-native, DevOps, SRE, etc.) TOGETHER WE WILL Work with top global enterprises on their most ambitious digital transformation programs Collaborate with high-performing teams of strategists, architects, and engineers across multiple practices Access 11,300+ learning resources via SoftServe University and Udemy Business Embrace wide career opportunities , challenging projects, and a clear growth paths Enjoy a friendly, innovative, and flexible work environment where your ideas are valued Care for your well-being with comprehensive health and wellness programs Drive the next wave of digital innovation All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity/expression, or protected veteran status.
