ABOUT THE ROLE

 

We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as a Trainee Financial Planner. This entry-level position is ideal for someone passionate about finance, eager to learn, and ready to embark on a rewarding career in financial

planning. 

 

Responsibilities will include:

 

  • Provide administrative support, including document preparation, data entry and client file management.
  • Assist our Financial Planners in analysing financial information.
  • Participate in training sessions to understand financial products, investment strategies and industry regulations.
  • Learn to develop personalised financial plans based on client goals, risk tolerance
  • and financial circumstances.
  • Collaborate with team members to stay updated on industry-specific changes.
  • Build and maintain positive client relationships through effective communication and
  • outstanding service.
  • Work closely with experienced Financial Planners to gain insights into holistic financial planning, effective communication, and client retention. 


SKILLS REQUIRED

 

  • Preferable - Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Eagerness to learn and develop a deep understanding of financial planning principles.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-orientated environment.
  • Basic knowledge of financial markets and investment products is preferable.
  • Detail-orientated with a high level of accuracy in work.
