Role Overview:
As our Mechanical Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing HVAC and mechanical engineering projects. Your expertise will drive project success, ensuring timely delivery, cost control, and quality assurance. Collaborating with our multidisciplinary teams, you’ll be at the forefront of innovation.
Responsibilities:
* Project Management: Lead and coordinate mechanical projects from inception to completion.
* Cost Estimation: Prepare accurate cost estimates, considering materials, labor, and equipment.
* Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring smooth execution.
* Quality Assurance: Monitor project quality, compliance, and adherence to industry standards.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with clients, contractors, and suppliers to achieve project goals.
Requirements:
* Experience: Minimum 5 years of project management experience in mechanical engineering or HVAC.
* Qualifications: Relevant degree or professional certifications (preferred).
* Technical Skills: Proficient in project management tools and software.
* Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Location: Based in Sleaford or willing to relocate.
