Primary Teacher – Watlington
Supply Desk are looking for someone who has a passion for teaching and has experience teaching Primary pupils and has experience with the Key stage 1 and Key stage 2 curriculum. Supply Desk are looking for someone who is able to lead the classroom and lead with the development of the pupils learning. We are looking for a teacher that is able to inspire the pupils on a day to day basis as well as help the pupils with their growth and progression.
Role: Primary Teacher
Location: Watlington
Start date: ASAP or September
Responsibilities:
-          To have experience in teaching or has experience in teaching Primary pupils and has a strong understanding of the Key stage 1 and Key stage 2 curriculum.
-          You will need to plan and lead the classroom and the lessons on a day to day basis while keeping the pupils engaged with the lessons by using teaching styles that best suit the pupils.
-          Monitoring the pupil’s progression and setting out a plan to help them progress and achieve higher and understand each pupil learn in different ways
-          Provide an environment that allows and makes the pupils think for themselves and challenge them to learn

Requirements:
-          Hold QTS / PGCE or the equivalent (Unqualified Teachers also welcome to apply)
-          Prior experience of working in the education sector or teaching primary pupils or has a strong knowledge of the Key stage 1 and Key stage 2 curriculum
-          Able to keep the classroom encouraged and keep pupils enthusiastic about learning
-          Current valid DBS or the willingness to obtain one
-          Has a passion for teaching
-          Able to commute to Watlington
