About the Role

From digital marketing and social media to traditional advertising and customer insights, your influence will be felt across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals to execute integrated campaigns.
Oversee the creation of engaging content for digital, print, and social platforms.
Analyse market trends and customer behaviour to inform strategy and campaigns.
Manage the marketing budget, ensuring a strong ROI across all initiatives.
Build partnerships and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
Run campaigns through the use of SEO/SEM, Social Media, Email, & other channelsAbout You
We're looking for someone with a strategic mindset, a hands-on approach, and a proven ability to drive results in a B2C or B2B environment.Essential Skills and Experience:
Strong background in marketing, ideally within the utilities or a related sector.
Proven success in developing and managing marketing strategies and campaigns.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market insights.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and graphic design platformsDesirable:
CIM qualification or similar professional accreditation.
