Job title- Salesforce Lead

Role type- Contract

Working pattern- 2-3 times a week (Central London)

Rate- Outside IR35

Sponsorship will not be provided.


We are seeking a Salesforce multitasker proficient in reading and writing Apex code, experienced in Salesforce admin tasks, and capable of engaging with users, stakeholders, and clients. Additionally, experienced in training users as well.


Main Duties & Responsibilities:

1. **Annual IT Audit Leadership:** Spearhead the annual IT audit for Salesforce, devising and implementing year-round procedures to ensure 100% compliance.

2. **GDPR and Data Retention Protocol Development:** Lead the development and implementation of GDPR and data retention best practices within Salesforce, ensuring integration with all systems and data for GDPR compliance.

3. **Technical Support Coordination:** Serve as the primary contact for offsite technical Salesforce support teams, addressing in-house technical queries and collaborating with the technical team to resolve bugs.

4. **CRM Development Leadership:** Take charge of developing plans to utilize Salesforce as a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system for stakeholder engagement across communication channels, events, the Bridge Programme, and broader Total Assets initiatives.

5. **Social Investment Workstreams:** Lead the design and execution of Salesforce usage to support the Charity's Social Investment workstreams, ensuring the establishment of an effective management system.

6. **Data Management Collaboration:** Collaborate with the City Bridge Foundation Data Analyst to document clear roles and responsibilities across the team, ensuring regular and consistent data updates.

7. **Team Training and Development:** Lead the training and development of team members on Salesforce, fostering user confidence and experience, and leveraging expertise from other team members as needed.

8. **User Guide and Process Mapping:** Develop and maintain a functional user guide and process map outlining day-to-day user responsibilities for Funding Officer Managers and the wider team, facilitating efficient task delivery with limited day-to-day support.
