What will you need to do it?n· Educated to degree level or equivalent.n· Experience of multiple industry sectors - e.g. Public sector (local / central government), Retail, Higher Education, Financial Services etc.n· Experience of working effectively with senior client representatives.n· Experience in leading and delivering multiple full life cycle implementations of Oracle EPM Cloud productsn· Experience with FP&A processes Planning, Financial close and consolidation, Reconciliation, Data management and other oracle cloud productsn· Experience in design and Implementation EPM applications Primarily EPBCS, FCCS, ARCS, DM and EDMCS; experience in other processes like PCMCS and EPRCS would be advantageousn· Experience in Key finance and accounting processes that includes general accounting and corporate consolidation, financial planning and analysis, accounts payables and receivable, fixed assets, and Management Reportingn· Experience with governance controls, change management, conceptual data modeling, master data management, data standardization and data quality management.n· An understanding of the key business issues/drivers that result in clients pursuing transformation programmes.n· An understanding of the functional, application and technical architectural elements of an Oracle Cloud EPM programme.n· Should be able to independently run client workshops to drive design decisions and system demonstration in both an in person and remote delivery mode.n· Prepare configuration & other design documents (Functional specification, Solution design document).n· Experience to drive the technical deliverables such as Data migration principles & Integration Design (mainly from functional perspective).n· Experience of operating and implementing in a cloud environment and understanding the impacts of implementing and operating on the cloud versus on premise.n· An appreciation of the influence of user experience-based design eg Personas, user journeys and how this can be used to augment a solution.

Key Skills:n· Candidate must be elegible, able to gain and retain National Security Vetting at the level of Security Check (SC).n· Excellent documentation, reporting and presentation skills in both a virtual and in person mode.n· Well-developed analytical skills and the ability to provide clarity to complex issues and synthesise large amounts of information.n· Experience producing project deliverables (business requirements, functional specs, configuration document, process flows, use cases, requirements traceability matrices etc.).n· Highly proficient Microsoft Office skills particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Projects.n· Excellent interpersonal, team building, organisational and motivational skills.n· Fast learner with an ability to get up-to-speed in a short space of time.n· Ability to convey ideas and recommendations in a clear, compelling and succinct way in written and verbal communications.n· Good attention to detail and an ability to analyse and use data in decision making.n· Excellent organisational and multitasking skills with ability to balance competing priorities.nWith 20 sites across the UK, we can potentially facilitate office work, working from home, flexible hours, and part-time options.
