Bluestream People are seeking a skilled and experienced Property Maintenance Specialist to manage and maintain high-end residential properties in central Gloucester. This role is ideal for someone with a trade background who is confident working independently and capable of delivering top-quality workmanship.
Key Responsibilities:
* Property Management: Oversee the day-to-day maintenance of high-end residential properties, ensuring they are always in top condition.
* Coordination: Instruct and supervise tradespeople and maintenance services as needed, ensuring all work meets the required standards.
* Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records using mobile phones, PCs, and digital cameras to gather, store, and process information.
* Preventive Maintenance: Ensure a proactive approach to maintenance, upholding high standards of workmanship to prevent issues before they arise.
Experience & Skills Required:
* Trade Background: Prior experience in property maintenance, ideally from a trade background.
* Multi-skilled: Ability to handle multiple trades, with strong problem-solving skills.
* Independent Worker: Comfortable working alone, with excellent time management and self-motivation.
* Tool Proficiency: Experience with power tools and garden equipment.
* Customer Focus: Excellent communication skills, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
* Driving License: Must hold a full driving license and have a vehicle.
* Tools: Possession of hand tools is required, and power tools are highly desirable.
* Flexibility: Willingness to travel between properties within central Gloucester as needed.
Accommodation: We offer a 1-bedroom flat for the right candidate, and we are open to considering couples for this role.
