  • Salary: £23,000 to £28,000 per annum (depending on experience)

We have an exciting new opportunity to join a Bath based IT team within a First Line Support role. This is a great opportunity for someone who's career is well established within the tech industry and is looking for a new challenge.

You will be providing 1st / 2nd line support via phone and email, dealing with current and new clients, offering software support, supporting with new starter set up, troubleshooting and internal guidance on new and current applications (when and if needed)

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Prior 1st / 2nd line experience (minimum 2 to 3 years)
  • Experience with Windows Server systems
  • Experience with ticketing systems
  • Experience with setting up new starters
  • Relevant qualifications within IT
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, good interpersonal skills, and attention to detail.
