We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced CAD Technician to work for a rapidly growing company based in Addlestone, who work on groundworks, foundations, basements, drainage, demolition and utilities landscaping.
As part of this role you will be responsible for:
* Pricing drawings, Preliminary drawings to construction drawings
* Familiar with reinforcement drawings, concrete works, drainage, setting out
* Liaison with house manufacturer, QS, Client
* 3D modelling for quote presentations
* Presenting 3D modelling as part of quote presentations to the client or other stake holders
* Ensuring all up to date drawings are downloaded and saved from relevant parties involved
* Incorporating and circulating Changes
* Establish Quantities for purchasing
* Assist Site Team with any queries they have related to the drawings
* Flag any changes to the site team
* Log weekly workload / updates for Team Meeting input
* Carry out site visits when required
* Confident to learn (or already has experience) in setting out (using a LEICA)
The ideal person will have extensive experience in a similar role, as well as have excellent skills in Archicad, AutoCAD and MS Office.
