We are searching for a EMEA Marketing Manager, PreSonus to join our team . Based in London, UK the  EMEA Marketing Manager, PreSonus will support the development and execution of marketing planning and activity in the EMEA region, working closely with global partners to deliver against the overall global marketing strategy for PreSonus.

Reporting directly to the Sr. Manager, Growth & Digital Marketing – PreSonus, and indirectly to the Director, EMEA PreSonus Sales they will be responsible for executing PreSonus brand and performance marketing strategies in Europe, including an effective go-to-market process for all new product introductions, digital marketing, ecommerce, marketing translations, paid media, CRM, social media, artist marketing, PR/Comms, and retail partner marketing.

  Essential Functions:

  • Grow the PreSonus brand by executing go-to-market campaigns, promotions, and evergreen marketing in the EMEA region in partnership with relevant functional groups within the wider PreSonus marketing and sales organisations, maintaining regular communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment with regional sales objectives and inventory timelines.
  • Support strategy development, program management and project execution for EMEA digital marketing initiatives across Direct-to-consumer (DTC) eCommerce, Amazon Advertising, Retail Partner Marketing, PreSonus Affiliate Program, and SEO.
  • Invest in developing long-term and effective relationships with external partners in Europe (agencies, artists, publishers, and retail partners) leading outreach, primary communication, and asset sharing.
  • Lead retail partner in-store visual merchandising, online digital merchandising for PreSonus.com, and online retail partner merchandising in EMEA, including the auditing of marketing landing pages, product listings, and socials.
  • Work closely with the Studio One team in Hamburg, Germany and global cross-functional teams to drive Studio One growth in EMEA, supporting the execution of user acquisition, user onboarding, and retention marketing programs in the region.
  • Support the management of the PreSonus EMEA marketing budget, assisting with financial admin and participating in strategic planning and budgeting for PreSonus EMEA marketing.
  • Assist in setting KPIs (CAC, Net Subscriber Growth, Revenue, ROAS/ACOS, etc.) for digital marketing programs in EMEA, lead EMEA performance marketing reporting, optimisation, and testing of new growth marketing opportunities in the region.
  • Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years’ experience within a consumer goods business managing marketing campaigns and initiatives, including marketing strategy, planning, briefing, reporting, insights, and optimisation.
  • Demonstrated understanding of the EMEA retail market (in-store and online) with strong knowledge of best practices for sales and marketing across the European marketplace.
  • Previous experience executing marketing plans across multiple European countries, languages and different types of consumer bases, being able to demonstrate examples of regionally successful campaigns.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, plus strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills.
  • Thorough understanding of performance marketing measurement and data tracking and proven track record in analytical decision-making.
  • Strongly preferred:
    • BS/BA in Marketing or equivalent field
    • Musical Instruments or Pro Audio Equipment Knowledge and Awareness
    • Previous experience managing advertising platform campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Amazon Ads, etc.)
    • Fluency in other European languages
    • Previous role in ecommerce marketing or digital marketing (for an app or subscription product)
