SHOWROOM MANAGER - Up to £45k annum - Luxury Retail & Management Experience Necessary - Managing 2 Showrooms in Kensington & Earlsfield
As the Showroom Manager at our clients flagship prestigious brand showroom, you will play a pivotal role in driving the team to deliver exceptional customer service as well as sales during a period of transformational change. Working within a dynamic and evolving environment, you will have the opportunity to lead in showcasing the brand's legacy whilst embracing innovative strategies to meet the demands of today's luxury market.
The showroom manager will need to develop a new team, manage inventory, coordinate marketing initiatives based on wider sales strategy and foster a positive work environment.
Main duties & key responsibilities:
1. Team
Lead and motivate showroom team to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service
Deliver change culture within team in line with business KPIs and PIs
Support in development of team, focus on training, performance, initiatives and goals
Role model to the team and deliver consistency in process and structure
Recruit, develop and retain a committed, diverse and inclusive team which meets trading needs
Sales:
Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase foot traffic to the showroom
Develop budgeting forecasts for the year and report regularly to senior management
Analyse sales data and trends to indemnify opportunities for improvement and make informed business decisions
Collaborate with wider teams across the business to achieve showroom sales targets, actively contributing to the overall success of the business.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and marketing conditions to adjust strategies accordingly
1. Customer Engagement:
Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to offer tailored product recommendations and styling advice.
Lead team to create a welcoming and luxurious atmosphere in the showroom, ensuring every customer feels valued and appreciate
Handle customer enquiries, Concerns and complaints in a professional and timely manner with root cause analysis to help improve efficiencies
1. Showroom Presentation:
Ensure the showroom is impeccably maintained and visually merchandised to reflect the luxury brand's aesthetic and standards.
Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock as needed, ensuring products are readily available for customers to view and purchase.
Lead in showroom layout changes and display updates, incorporating new arrivals and seasonal collections to enhance the shopping experience
1. Product Knowledge:
Develop a deep understanding of our clients luxury brand's heritage, values, and product offerings.
Stay updated on the latest trends and collections, continuously expanding your knowledge to provide accurate and informed assistance to customers.
Demonstrate expertise in explaining product features, materials, and craftsmanship, showcasing the unique value proposition of our brand.
1. Adaptation to Change:
Embrace the ongoing transformational changes within the organization, demonstrating flexibility and resilience in adapting to new processes, procedures, and initiatives.
Proactively create a space for the team to come up with ideas and feedback to support the brand's evolution, offering insights from the frontline to inform decision-making and drive improvement
Professional Requirements:
* Proven experience in retail management, preferable in a showroom or similar environment
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
* Preferably a Bachelor’s degree in business administration or sales
* Passion for luxury brands and a keen interest in fashion, design, and lifestyle trends.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and connect with diverse clientele as well as the team
* Proficiency in inventory and stock management as well as sales analysis
* Customer focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
* Professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail, with a commitment to upholding the brand's reputation for excellence.
* Adaptability and resilience in navigating change, with a positive attitude and willingness to embrace new challenges.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications

Additional Information:
