It couldn't be a more exciting time to join the company As a TikTok Specialist, you will... Own and manage the day-to-day performance of the brand’s TikTok Shop account. Develop and execute strategies to increase traffic, conversion, and sales. Collaborate with the influencer and content teams to launch creative, high-performing campaigns. Monitor performance data, identify trends, and deliver actionable insights to improve results. Stay on top of emerging trends and TikTok features to keep the brand ahead of the curve. What will you need? 1+ years’ experience managing TikTok Shop or similar social commerce platforms. Needs to be from a fast growing D2C brand A creative mindset with a strong commercial edge. Confidence in analyzing data and spotting growth opportunities. Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for the beauty industry. What's in it for you?
