NHS Supply Chain currently has an opportunity for a Regional ICS Manager to join our team during an exciting period of Transformation.
The Regional ICS Manager will lead a team of ICS Managers across their sub-region. This is a leadership role within the Customer Engagement function of NHS Supply Chain. The successful candidate will develop, nurture and coach their teams to build mutually beneficial partnerships with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders which support the delivery of the NHS Supply Chain business plan which will unlock value for all.

Manage a team of Integrated Care Systems (ICS) Managers
Lead the BAU operational activities of the team
Develop ICS level plans to deliver value beyond savings across an ICS
Own the overall relationships with customers in their sub-region.
Build and develop a highly skilled successful team that operates with a strong culture, demonstrating NHS Supply Chain success profile behaviour expectations
Selling our Value Proposition at senior levels to position NHS Supply Chain as a Partner to the NHS
Act as point of escalation to use senior relationships to unblock challenges and drive strategic opportunities
Accountable for delivering growth / savings KPIs within their sub-region
Ensuring there is consistency in delivery of our service across every ICS to give the same customer experience, through sharing of best practice and holding peers to account
Engage at a broader and deeper level across our customer base, whilst influencing a complex business internally
Significant accountability and autonomy to build plans for customers and team to deliver success jointly
Deploying resource, prioritising activities, recruitment, limited budget decisions and performance management
