Job Title: Architect
Location: Newport
Avocet are collaborating with an Architectural Practice in Newport who require a highly skilled and experienced Part 3 Architect to join their dynamic team. As a Part 3 Architect, you will play a crucial role in the diverse range of projects, encompassing residential, bespoke residential, social housing, low-rise, and commercial developments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage projects from inception through to completion, ensuring high-quality design and technical delivery.
* Collaborate effectively with clients, consultants, and team members to achieve project objectives.
* Produce detailed drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
* Oversee the design stages 0-6, demonstrating strong technical ability and attention to detail.
Requirements:
* Qualified Part 3 Architect with a minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience.
* Proven track record in delivering successful residential, bespoke residential, social housing, low-rise, and commercial projects.
* Proficiency in relevant software, including AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
* Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when necessary.
