Responsibilities:

Provide assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and toileting.

Assist residents with mobility and transfers, ensuring their safety and comfort at all times.

Support residents with medication administration as directed by healthcare professionals.
*
Engage residents in meaningful activities and social interactions to promote mental and emotional well-being.
*
Maintain cleanliness and organization in resident living areas and communal spaces.
*
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and fellow staff members to ensure coordinated care and a positive atmosphere.
Requirements:
- Enhance DBS
- Previous experience in a nursing home or residential care setting preferred
- Excellent clinical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
