About the role


This is an exciting new role in the DEI, Employer Brand & Recruitment Marketing and employee listening team. The individual will provide programme management support for the team across all three of its main functions as well as be a DEI specialist. This role reports into the Head of DEI and Employer Brand and sits in the Talent Centre of Excellence.


Key responsibilities


  • Provide programme management across the teams portfolio – including forward planning, budgetary management and identifying risks and contingencies.
  • Communicate project status, updates and key milestones to key stakeholders and leadership.
  • Manage the delivery of the Self-ID programme to support Haleon in understanding its colleagues from all diversity perspectives.
  • Develop company wide DEI programmes of work to deliver behaviour change across a global matrixed organisation.
  • Analyse data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of DEI initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
  • Serve as an expert voice and advocate on DEI related matters – including providing support and guidance for colleagues.


Qualifications and skills

  • Proven experience in programme management with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Experience of working across a DEI portfolio is essential – understanding inclusion principals and best practice.
  • Ability to gather and interpret data from a wide range of sources and use this to drive decision making.
  • Experience presenting complex information to senior leaders and a range of other audiences.
