As we continue to grow and shape our leadership team, we have an excellent opportunity for an experienced General Manager to join us and support the business in the next stage of our development.
Providing leadership to a team of dedicated and professional individuals, you will possess exceptional interpersonal skills to drive and motivate your management team to meet and exceed guest expectations. At Snozone we strongly believe in our values which include an open, honest approach with guests and employees and these are important qualities in our new General Manager. Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and engage with everyone you encounter will be core to your natural style.
In order to deliver our growth strategy, you will need to have solid commercial experience and the ability to identify cost control opportunities throughout the business. You will have accountability for the P&L of the site and the expectation is that you will exceed budget and deliver year on year growth. Working through your management team, you will ensure compliance with statutory requirements relating to health and safety, security, licensing etc. all of which creates a solid foundation for the daily operation of the site. Snozone have an excellent food and beverage offering and you will also be targeted to drive a defined profit margin and brand standards for this crucial area of the business.
It is likely that your background will be in the leisure industry; however you may also have experience in hospitality, fitness, holiday parks or other consumer driver leisure environment. Whatever your background, you should have an obsession with customer service and a determination that everything you do has the customer at the centre - your success will depend on it
