Liberty Recruitment Group is excited to be working with our client, to support them in a search for a Payroll Assistant, based in Fareham. This is a full-time, permanent position.
Reporting into a knowledgeable Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the payroll processing of circa 400 employees.
In this role, you will be responsible for;
Accurate and timely submission of all payroll data to relevant stakeholders

Calculating benefits, taxes, salary sacrifices and dedications etc.

Pension administration

Processing starters and leavers

Query resolution

Supporting with ad hoc projects as they arise
You will come with relevant “hands-on” payroll experience and be IT literate, especially with Excel.
As a person, you will be an excellent communicator, with a great eye for detail and somebody who is used to meeting strict deadlines.
In return, you will receive a salary of up to £28k, depending on experience, with some fantastic benefits, including hybrid working and private healthcare.
