Glasgow’s favourite fishmongers is looking for a dynamic Operations Supervisor to enable them to thrive beyond the supply of over 200 restaurants with fish and poultry daily. 
This role is not for the faint-hearted, but for a robust Operations Supervisor with a flair for multitasking and a passion for nurturing business growth alongside the Operations Director. You will orchestrate the daily symphony of sales, customer interactions, order processing and logistical coordination.
What we’re looking for in an Operations Supervisor:
An unwavering ability to lead and inspire a dedicated team, ensuring the seamless flow from warehouse to delivery.
Exceptional communication skills, ensuring that every customer interaction and transaction is executed with precision and professionalism.
You will embrace a work schedule designed to optimise your time, with a 45-hour week running from Tuesday to Saturday, igniting the day's operations at the stroke of midnight.
This role is suited to someone looking to progress in their career by being supported coached and guided by the director to become a strong leader within the organisation.
