We are looking for a HR Business Partner to join a leading educational institution committed to shaping the future through quality education. As an HR Business Partner, you will be assisting in a business restructure and change of processes, including competency evaluations and a variety of projects. You will serve as a strategic partner under the Deputy CEO and leadership team, providing expert guidance and support in all areas of human resources management. You will collaborate closely with department heads and staff to develop and implement HR initiatives that align with organisational goals and values. This role offers an exciting opportunity to have a real voice in the success and development of the organisation. Hybrid working potential.

Responsibilities:nPartner with senior management to develop and execute HR strategies that support the overall mission and objectives of the organisationnImplement a variety of HR Change Management projects, including new competency appraisal processesnProvide coaching and guidance to managers and employees on a wide range of HR matters, including performance management, employee relations, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.nLead recruitment efforts to attract top talent, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to facilitating the onboarding processnDevelop and implement policies and procedures that promote a positive work environment and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulationsnProactively identify opportunities for process improvement and drive initiatives to enhance HR practices and systemsnCollaborate with cross-functional teams to support initiatives related to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), employee engagement, and professional developmentnManage employee relations issues, including investigations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions, in a fair and consistent manner

RequirementsnProven HR experience, with a focus on business partnering and strategic HR managementnExperience in business restructures and change processes, particularly in relation to appraisal and competencynCIPD Qualified preferrednAny Education industry experience useful, but not essentialnSolid understanding of employment laws and regulations, with the ability to ensure compliance and mitigate risknExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisationnStrong problem-solving and project management skillsnDemonstrated ability to drive change and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

This role is initially offered on the basis of 12-month fixed term contract with great prospects of permanency.
