Experienced Restaurant Supervisor required.
Wise Employment are currently recruiting for an experienced Restaurant Supervisor for a luxury hotel in the Plymouth area for a full time Permanent role.
In return you will be offered a competitive salary of around £28,000 per annum with additional benefits including on-site parking, discounted stays and food, company pension and more.
You will be required to have similar experience and duties will include;
Work closely with the Restaurant Manager to maximise sales performance and achieve sales targets.
Follow all hotel policies as outlined in your training manual.
Serve food and drinks, quickly and efficiently to meet the companies 5* standards.
Actively promote offers across the great food and beverage range.
Liaising with Operations and General manager to ensure clear communications throughout other departments.
Ensure all complaints are minimised and handling professionally and in a timely manner in accordance with company policies.
To maintain exemplary billing systems and obtain all payments from customers in accordance with company Policy, and the accurate accounting and processing of all reception sales.
To observe and comply with cleaning rotas, health and safety, food and hygiene regulations
Ensure high standards of financial and reporting diligence in accordance with company policy
To ensure good working relationship with all other departments and communicate information throughout the hotel.
To understand responsibilities in relation to Fire Procedures, Health and Safety, COSHH, Infection Control and Emergency Aid.
