Role Description:nlead the development and implementation of the Project Management Office (PMO) framework, processes, and tools to support projects.nthe establishment and assurance of project management standards, methodologies, and governance structures to ensure consistency and alignment with organizational objectives.nproject controls strategies and procedures, including cost management, schedule management, risk management, and change management.nguidance and oversight to project managers and teams, ensuring adherence to project management best practices and standards.nthe development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, budgets, and performance metrics, providing regular updates to senior leadership.nand report project performance and identify areas for optimisation, implementing corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives as needed.nwith cross-functional teams, including H&S, maintenance, commercial, construction, finance, and legal, to drive project success and mitigate risks.nas the primary point of contact for project management inquiries, escalations, and decision-making.nall aspects of project management including meetings, workshops, and documentation essential to show progress against plans.nefficient document management and access to information, tools and services

Requirementsndegree in construction management, engineering, or related field; advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., PMP, RICS) preferred.nexperience in project management and project controls with a track record of successful project delivery.nleadership skills with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.nunderstanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques, with proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6, PowerBI).nability to understand, interpret, analyse and present complex data from an Integrated Project Controls perspective.nstakeholder management capability to Executive level combined with the ability to adapt communication styles to ensure the right outcomes are achieved.nthinker with the ability to anticipate and address project challenges, driving innovation and continuous improvement.

Physical Requirements:nAbility to work on construction sites and in an office environment.nProject Based Role
