Senior HR Advisor

Hoop PS & HR are proud to partner with a highly regarded, community-led and inclusive organisation who are seeking a seasoned Senior HR Advisor to join their HR team on a 9-month fixed-term contract basis.
Along with a flexible and hybrid working schedule, this role is offering a salary of up to £37,000, generous holiday entitlement, and health benefits.
In this crucial role, you will leverage your extensive generalist HR experience to provide expert advice and support during a demanding period. You will play a key role in ensuring HR best practices are adhered to and provide essential guidance to line managers and employees.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert advice and guidance on all matters related to employee relations, including disciplinary and grievance cases.
Ensure adherence to HR best practices and employee legislation.
Assist line managers with casework, including absence management and performance issues.
Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Offer generalist HR support across various functions as needed.Required experience, skills and qualifications:
CIPD qualified or equivalent experience.
Proven experience in a senior HR advisory role, specifically with a focus on employee relations.
Solid understanding of employee legislation and HR best practices.
Strong advisory and casework management skills, with the ability to support and guide line managers effectively.
