We are excited to be hiring an experienced and passionate General Manager for our highly popular multi-departmental venue in Glasgow. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to climb the career ladder in one of Glasgow’s most prominent venues.

Responsibilities within your new role as General Manager
* Manage the business with an owner's mindset, fostering effective collaboration with central support functions, internal and external stakeholders, and local suppliers.
* Drive revenue growth while maintaining cost control measures.
* Uphold a standard of consistently excellent customer service at all times.
* Oversee service standards and promote staff development initiatives.
Your personality, experience and qualifications
The ideal General Manager candidate must demonstrate a track record of successfully managing multiple departments at a senior level within the hospitality industry. A genuine passion for hospitality and staying in the know of industry trends is essential. Strong leadership abilities are crucial, along with a collaborative approach to working within a social environment. Effective communication skills are a must, complemented by a keen understanding of commercial operations within the hospitality sector.
