About Us: We work with primary schools across the Harrogate area, who are always looking for passionate, dedicated individuals who have a passion to work with young people.
Position Overview: As a Graduate Educational Support Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting students across different key stages. These can be in Early Years, KS1 or KS2. You will work closely with teachers and other support staff to deliver tailored assistance to students with diverse learning needs.
Responsibilities:
Provide one-to-one or small group support to students in various subjects.
Assist in the preparation of learning materials and resources.
Support students with special educational needs (SEN) in accessing the curriculum.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment conducive to student growth and development.
Collaborate with teachers to implement effective teaching strategies and interventions.Requirements:
A degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
