Job Title: CPCS Hoist Operator
Location: Luton
Pay Rate: £16 per hour (via umbrella)
Working Hours: 9.5 hours paid per day

Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced CPCS Hoist Operator for a long-term position in Luton, starting at the beginning of November. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled hoist operator holding a CPCS Card to join a busy and dynamic construction site.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operate the hoist on-site, ensuring the safe and efficient movement of materials and personnel.
* Adhere to all health and safety regulations and site procedures while operating the hoist.
* Communicate effectively with site teams to ensure smooth and timely hoist operations.
* Conduct daily checks on the hoist to ensure equipment is in safe working order.
* Assist with other general duties on-site as required.
Requirements:
* CPCS Card (valid and in date).
* Previous experience operating a hoist on a construction site.
* Strong awareness of health and safety practices.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a busy construction environment.
