Your new company

* One of the largest Facilities Management & Technical Services provider predominantly hard services covering the UK

Your new role

* Working Monday - Friday, 40 hour week, across a corporate office building in Central London.

* Overseeing a team of 2 engineer's, working closely with the client to get involved in meetings, improvements for the team and more.

* Managing all compliance including logbooks, risk assessments, permits to work, contractor management, and any other ad-hoc duties required.

* Driving the team performance, technically assisting the team, dealing with sickness, holidays, toolbox talks, etc.

What you'll need to succeed

* The ideal candidate will have experience in the FM / building services industry, carrying out the above duties.

* Managed/ Supervised a team previously would be ideal.

* Looking to speak with candidates who are keen to continue progressing.
