Exceptional opportunity for ambitious commercial litigator to head the local dispute resolution offering at a thriving national firm.
My client is recruiting an experienced commercial litigation lawyer for a key role as it grows the contentious offering in its East Midlands offices at either partner or legal director level.
The firm continues to thrive in challenging market conditions, with ongoing investment into its infrastructure and the recruitment of high calibre individuals who can bolster its already-excellent offering. In this newly-created position you will be taking on a key role, heading up the local commercial litigation offering whilst also working closely with colleagues in other teams and offices to replicate the contentious offering the firm boasts across the country.
You will be an experienced commercial litigation specialist looking for a senior level role, and will have a proven track record of not only advising clients on a variety of matters, such as shareholder and partnership disputes, breach of contract, property litigation, debt recovery and contentious insolvency, but also in building strong client relationships. You will also be supervising other members of the team, so some managerial experience would also be of particular interest.
Remuneration is highly competitive and will be based on proven track record within the litigation field and the value of any client following, with the firm tending to offer toward the top of market rate.
