As

Senior Producer

you will be responsible for managing the development of various and complex key areas of the development of Fashion League mobile game, ensuring the project delivers against its business goals with regards to acquisition, engagement, retention, monetisation and operations. You will be an expert problem solver who continuously innovates and improves existing processes across the project and facilitates collaboration for the team members and external stakeholders.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality game that meets our players' expectations.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and communicate effectively with the development team, game designers, artists, engineers, QA testers and other stakeholders to translate the game vision into a clear and actionable roadmap.nManage the end-to-end development processes, from concept to launch.nCreate and maintain project schedules, ensuring that milestones are met on time and within budget.nIdentify and mitigate risks to the project schedule and budget, and implement solutions to ensure successful project delivery.nAct as a point of contact between internal teams and external partners, such as third-party developers, licensors, and platform holders.nTrack and report on project progress, providing regular updates to key stakeholders.nHelp define and maintain the creative vision for the game, ensuring that it aligns with our company's goals and objectives.nWork closely with the development team to prioritize tasks and resolve any issues that may arise during the development process.nStay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our development processes and delivery.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.nProven experience as a Producer or Project Manager in the gaming industry, with a track record of successfully delivering mobile games on time and within budget.nStrong understanding of game development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum). Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.nStrong project management skills, with the ability to create and maintain project schedules, identify and mitigate risks, and drive the successful delivery of projects.nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.nStrong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve their best work.nPassion for mobile gaming and a deep understanding of the mobile gaming market.
