Lead Dental Nurse

Duties:
* Assist the dentist during dental procedures, maintaining a high standard of patient care
* Prepare and maintain the dental surgery for clinical procedures
* Provide chairside support to the dentist, ensuring efficient and smooth patient flow
* Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality
* Sterilize instruments and equipment following infection control guidelines
* Communicate effectively with patients, providing clear instructions and reassurance
* Manage stock control and ordering of dental supplies
* Perform reception duties when required Qualifications:
* Qualified Dental Nurse with relevant certifications
* Excellent patient care skills with a compassionate approach
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
* Organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
