We are excited to announce an incredible opportunity for a dedicated and experienced Special Needs Teaching Assistant to join a dynamic educational team in Warrington, Cheshire. Our client, a well-established and inclusive school, is seeking a skilled professional to support students with special educational needs and help them reach their full potential. The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £95 per day. As a Special Needs Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the teaching staff to create a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for students with diverse needs. Your primary responsibility will be to provide individualised support to students, ensuring they receive the necessary accommodations and modifications to access the curriculum effectively. You will assist in developing and implementing personalised learning plans, adapting materials and resources to meet each student's unique requirements. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in working with children with special educational needs, coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should be patient, empathetic, and able to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues. A relevant qualification in special education or a related field is highly desirable.
