Graduate Electronic/Software Engineer required by an established company located in Southampton, Hampshire. Due to continued success and planned expansion the company is looking to hire a Graduate Electronic/Software Engineer to join its existing, highly skilled design team.

The role would suit a junior engineer with a relevant degree and some commercial in electronic design, specifically FPGA or firmware design. Applications considered from graduates with a relevant degree in Electronic Engineering without commercial experience. Extensive training and support to be provided by a team of highly experienced design engineers.

The company has a structured graduate training scheme in place and can offer excellent opportunities for career progression and technical development.

The Graduate Electronic/Software Engineer will be responsible for

Contributing to the development of new productsnFPGA designnEmbedded software / firmware development and modelling

Essential Experience / KnowledgenDegree in Electronic Engineering or similarnAn enthusiasm for technology, namely around electronic design and embedded software development

Experience in any of the following areas would be advantageous, but is not a prerequisite

FPGA designnVHDL or VerilognCommunications protocols eg SPI, I2C, etcnVersion control softwarenEmbedded software or firmware designnC/C++ programming
